Jairzinho Morris

The real musical journey started I was 13, even though entertaining was in his blood. regularly showing his talents of rap, beatbox & creativity when it came to producing mix tapes for his school & college peers to listen to.

Roll forward 5 years, I was partying at clubs and following many sound systems up and down the UK in addition to studying the art form of deejaying / mixing as technology advanced. Playing to audiences within house parties and featuring at various club nights was all part of my destiny.

Over the past years I set up my online radio station from home and broadcasted music to friends, family and all those who wanted something different from the norm on radio. I was given an opportunity to present a radio show on local community radio station Supreme FM whilst continuing to build my own listenership.

With the help of friends and associates Luvfreeness was born; a website/plaform to encapsulate all that was going on within the UK in regards to music and community but it was between 2009/11 when things started to really take a turn and destiny aligned myself and Jason Henry aka DJ Sessions path to change the path of many musicians, artists & individuals who were bored of the same old monotonous flow that had been serving radio listeners of the decades.

With the birth of iLive Radio by Jason Henry in 2009 and myself featuring my then Luvfreeness Radio Show on it, it would be years later that I would actually take up Jason Henry on his offer to join iLive and be an intergal part of it’s growing success.

I then carved out a position within iLive/iLive Radio (Toronto) to help move it to the next level by assiting in the direction of iLive Radio. In 2019 iLive UK was born to which I am Director of Operations; with the help of many of it’s current presenters.

Being into all genres and embracing anything that is creatively good makes DJ Jairzinho an all rounded and diverse DJ, Presenter and entertainer.

Jairzinho is currently iLive’s Director of Operations for UK & Europe and was nominated for The Best Internet Radio Station Award 2019 by GroundBreakin.co.uk and also nominated as The Best Soul Radio Presenter 2019. iLive UK also featured in ‘The Voice Online Magazine’.
