Emma “Dominican Emz” Mathurine is a British born West Indian, of Dominican heritage and has always taken great pride in her Caribbean background!
Emma is the Brand Director and Owner of Bèl Dyès (pronounced Bell Dee Yay). Bèl Dyès is a Caribbean lifestyle, carnival costume and media brand with a specific focus on Caribbean culture across the diaspora.
Her academic background is in Business, Accounting and Marketing and alongside Bèl Dyès, Emma has a long-standing professional career in Accounting and Finance. If there is a carnival anywhere in the World, then you can expect Emma to have either jumped up in it or have it on her ‘Carnival to-do list’.
